Cabbage Hash Browns Ingredients
- 2 large Eggs
- ½ teaspoon of Salt
- ¼ teaspoon of White Pepper, ground
- 7 ounces of Cabbage
- 2 tablespoons of Olive Oil
How to Make Cabbage Hash Browns
- Finely shred the cabbage using a food processor (a mandolin or sharp knife can also be used).
- Add the eggs, salt and pepper to a large bowl and whisk together.
- Add the cabbage and mix well.
- Place a nonstick frying pan over medium heat and add the oil.
- Divide the cabbage mixture into 6 piles, press gently to flatten.
- Saute for about 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crunchy.
- Serve hot!
