Carnivore Baked Eggs Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon of Salted Butter
- 7 ounces of Basic Ground Beef
- 1 teaspoon of Dried Parsley
- 1 teaspoon of Cumin, ground
- ½ teaspoon of Smoked Paprika, ground
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- ½ cup of Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 4 large Eggs
How to Make Carnivore Baked Eggs
- Preheat your oven to 200C/390F.
- Place an ovenproof skillet over high heat and add the butter.
- Add the ground beef and saute for 1 minute, before adding the parsley, cumin, and paprika. Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the meat mixture along the base of your skillet, then make 4 holes for the eggs.
- Sprinkle over the cheddar then crack each of the eggs into the holes.
- Remove from the heat and bake for 5-10 minutes, or until the eggs are cooked to your liking.
- Serve hot straight from the pan as they are, or over a slice of toasted Keto Bread.
