Cucumber Chips Ingredients
- 1 large Cucumber – English/Continental/Telegraph (depending on where you live in the world)
- 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
- ¼ teaspoon of Salt
- ¼ teaspoon of Paprika
How to Make Cucumber Chips In A Food Dehydrator
- Thinly slice the cucumber using a mandolin slicer. Be careful not to cut your fingers. About 2-3mm thick.
- Place the slices into a bowl and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
- Place the cucumber into the baskets of your dehydrator, leaving gaps between them to let the air flow through.
- Dehydrate on high for 6-8 hours until the cucumber is completely dried and crispy.
- Enjoy your snack with some Keto Feta Cheese Dip.
