This is a simple, keto-friendly recipe for grilled beef tri-tip with herb marinade that is great for almost any diet (unless your diet doesn’t include meat). It’s a delicious cut of meat that is relatively cheap to buy.

Ingredients
- ¼ cup of Oregano
- 2 tablespoons of Rosemary
- 2 teaspoons of Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon of Salt
- ½ teaspoon of Pepper, ground
- 3 tablespoons of Olive Oil
- 1 tri-tip roast, about 2 ½ pounds
How to Make Grilled Beef Tri-Tip Keto-Friendly
- Finely chop the oregano and rosemary and add garlic powder, salt, pepper, and oil to a small bowl. Mix well.
- Rub the herb marinade over the tri-tip, cover, and chill for at least 3 hours or overnight for best results.
- Preheat your grill, leaving a section allowing indirect heat after searing the tri-tip.
- Sear the tri-tip for 2-3 minutes on each side until nice and browned.
- Move to the indirect heat section and cook for 10-20 minutes until you reach an internal temperature of 62C/143F (or your preferred temperature).
- Remove from the heat, cover with foil, and rest for 15 minutes.
- Slice and serve!
