Ingredients

  • 3 cups unsweetened macadamia milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3.5 ounces 90% cocoa chocolate broken up
  • 1/3 cup erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil (Optional – leave out if before bed)

Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in a medium sized saucepan. Stir gently.
    3 cups unsweetened macadamia milk, 1 cup heavy cream, 3.5 ounces 90% cocoa chocolate, 1/3 cup erythritol, 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, 1 tablespoon MCT oil
  • Cook on low heat for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent the chocolate from sticking in the edges of the saucepan.
  • After cooking, stir well before pouring into glasses and serving. 
  • Optional: top with whipped heavy cream and chocolate shavings.
