Jalapeno Poppers Ingredients
- 10 Jalapeno Peppers
- 8 ounces of Cream Cheese, softened
- ½ cup of Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 2 Scallions, thinly sliced
- ¼ teaspoon of Salt
- ¼ teaspoon of White Pepper, ground
- 6 slices of Bacon, cooked and crumbled
How to Make Jalapeno Poppers
- Preheat your oven to 200C/390F. Line a baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- Slice the jalapenos in half lengthways and remove the seeds and membrane. Place them cut side up on the prepared pan.
- Add the cream cheese, cheddar, scallion, salt, pepper and half the bacon to a mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Spoon the cheese mixture into the jalapenos then sprinkle over the remaining bacon.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, until the peppers have softened.
- Serve hot.
