- 1 8oz wheel of Brie
- 1 ounce of Walnuts, roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon of Fresh Thyme, chopped
- Pinch of Salt
- 2 tablespoons of Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
How to Make Baked Brie
- Preheat your oven to 175C/340F.
- Place the brie onto a lined cookie sheet.
- In a small bowl, mix the walnuts, thyme, and salt.
- Spoon the nut mixture over the brie and drizzle over half the maple syrup.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until the brie is soft and melty.
- Gently lift the brie onto a serving plate and drizzle over the remaining maple.
