- 1.1 pounds (4 fillets) of White Fleshed Fish
- 8 tablespoons of Lemon Chive Butter
- 1 Lemon, sliced
- 1 teaspoon of Salt
- ½ teaspoon of Pepper, ground
- 1 tablespoon of Chives, finely chopped
How to Make Lemon Butter Fish Parcels
- Preheat your oven to 200C/390F.
- Cut 4x 10in square of aluminum foil. Line each with a small square of parchment paper.
- Pat each fish fillet dry with a paper towel.
- Place the fish pieces on the parchment paper, and top each with two tablespoons of Lemon Chive butter, two slices of lemon, and a sprinkling of salt and pepper.
- Bring two ends of the foil together and fold them together. Fold in the sides to form a parcel around the fish.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes, depending on the thickness of your fish fillets.
- Allow sitting for 2 minutes before gently unfolding the parcels. Beware of the hot steam.
- Sprinkle with chives and serve with a side of Fall Green Bean Salad.
