I developed this recipe for our Keto Burnt Ends, which goes great with a slathering of our Keto Barbecue Sauce.

We’ve rubbed chicken wings before grilling, and here with our Keto Pork Belly Bites, they were divine!

This Keto BBQ Dry Rub recipe makes 12 serves. 1 serving is one tablespoon with 2g net carbs.

  • 1 tablespoon of Black Pepper, ground
  • 1 tablespoon of Ginger Powder
  • 1 tablespoon of Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 2 teaspoons of Rosemary Powder
