Our Keto BBQ Lamb Riblets are crispy, sticky, and melt in your mouth. They are lightly spiced with our Chermoula spice rub and coated in our (no longer) secret BBQ sauce.

Lamb Ribs are great for keto and any other low-carb diet such as Atkins or Paleo. Not only are lamb ribs a cheaper cut of meat, but they are loaded with fat. which means you don’t need to eat many to feel full.

BBQ Lamb Ribs can also be cooked on a grill. Cook for 20-30 minutes over indirect heat until cooked through, then crisp up over high heat.

  • 2 pounds of Lamb Ribs, cut into individual ribs
  • 2 tablespoons of Chermoula Spice Mix
  • 1 ounce of Sugar-Free Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 ounce of Keto Barbecue Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • ½ teaspoon of Salt

How to make Keto BBQ Lamb Riblets
  1. Rub the lamb riblets with the chermoula spice mix and salt, and leave to marinate for 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
  2. Preheat oven to 200C/390F.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, BBQ sauce, lemon juice, and oil.
  4. Brush the riblets with some of the sauce and place on a cookie sheet.
  5. Roast for 30-40 minutes, turning and basting every 10 minutes until the meat pulls away from the bone.
  6. Serve immediately with a side of Keto Coleslaw.
