We make our Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce & Rub. Keep it low-carb and keto-friendly (It’s paleo, too), but if you’re not a health fanatic, you can use whatever BBQ sauce or rub that tickles your fancy.

  • 3 pounds of Pork Belly, skin removed.
  • ⅓ cup of BBQ Rub or your favorite rub.
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt.
  • ⅓ cup of Sugar-Free BBQ Sauce or your choice of BBQ sauce.

We served these pork belly bites with our keto coleslaw.

How to make Keto BBQ Pork Belly Bites
  1. Preheat your oven to 200C/390F.
  2. Cut your pork belly into 1-2 inch cubes and place it into a roasting pan – we recommend using a foil tray to make clean-up a breeze.
  3. Sprinkle over the BBQ rub and salt, and mix well.
  4. Roast for 20-30 minutes, stirring about halfway through.
  5. Remove from the oven and stir through the BBQ sauce, then roast for another 10 minutes.
  6. Enjoy hot from the oven with a side of Keto Coleslaw.

    Delicious and a great replacement keto meal which the whole family can have with various sides! We dont have all the ingredients in the UK but I added my own which were close enough

  2. I just have to say this is amazing! We changed the name to Almost Candied Pork Belly! We used a little less salt and cut the pieces into 3/4″ cubes. Incredible flavor!
