Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons of Sesame Oil
- 2 cloves of Garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon of Ground Ginger
- ½ Red Pepper, sliced
- 2 cups of Red Cabbage, shredded
- 1 small Zucchini, sliced
- 7 ounces of Basic Ground Beef
- ⅓ cup of Tamari Sauce
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
How to Make Keto Beef & Cabbage Stir Fry
- Place a wok or large frying pan over high heat.
- Add the sesame oil and once hot, add the garlic and ginger.
- Saute for 1 minute, then add the peppers.
- Saute for another minute, then add the cabbage and cook for another minute.
- Add the zucchini and mix well.
- Add the ground beef and saute for 2-3 minutes, until warmed through.
- Pour over the tamari sauce and add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cook for another minute before removing from the heat.
- Serve immediately, with a side of cauliflower rice, if desired.
