BLT Salad Ingredients
- 1 pound of Romaine Lettuce, roughly chopped
- 8 slices of Bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 Avocado, sliced
- 6 ounces of Cherry Tomatoes, halved
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, ground, to taste
- ½ cup of Keto Garlic Aioli
How to Make A BLT Salad
- Add the lettuce to a large mixing bowl, top with the bacon, avocado, and cherry tomatoes.
- Add salt and pepper to taste
- Drizzle over your Keto Garlic Aioli and toss to combine. If your aioli is too thick to drizzle, just whisk through a tablespoon or 2 of hot water to thin it out.
- Serve.
