This Low Carb Breakfast Sausage recipe makes six servings. One serving is one sausage patty and has 0.5g net carbs.

  1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients except the oil. Mix well.
  2. Split the mix into six balls and press them into patties.
  3. Place the oil into a large nonstick frying pan over high heat and saute the patties for 2-3 minutes on each side until cooked through.

  • 1 teaspoon Ground Sage
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper ground
  • ¼ teaspoon Ground Fennel
  • teaspoon Chili Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil for frying

Instructions

    This was really good and easy to make but next time I’ll use half the ground fennel seed. It was way too much in the front, and I would rather have that in the background. Otherwise, this is a great recipe and I will make this instead of buying the stuff in the store. This is much better.

  2. these were a hit with the family…great tasting and easy to make..and even more importantly the clean ingredients…no longer shall I buy the frozen store bought patties!.
