This Keto burger Sauce recipe was inspired by the Big Mac special sauce hacks that we found online. We decided to make the Burger Sauce low-carb and keto friendly.
Instead of that processed high carb mayonnaise that they all use, we used a whole egg mayonnaise (or you can use our keto mayonnaise recipe, link below).
It took some trial and error but we think we nailed it. Regardless it’s a delicious tasting keto burger sauce nearly zero carbohydrates.

This sauce is fantastic! Haven’t had ‘that special sauce’ for years so can’t quite remember how it tasted. BUT, this sauce kicked my homemade burgers (and other sandwiches) up 10 notches, and my family wants it as a staple condiment. Didn’t have gherkins on hand, and used Costco’s avocado mayo. How long will it last in the fridge? Thanks for a simple but delish and versatile recipe!
Thank you Ginny, this sauce should last in the fridge for a week, we normally make it and use it that day.
That looks like an awesome sauce! Thanks!
It sure is!!
