Ingredients

  • 4 large Eggs
  • 5 ounces Bacon roughly chopped
  • 1 large Romaine Lettuce washed and drained well
  • 2 ounces Parmesan Cheese shaved
  • 2 servings Keto Croutons
  • 4 Anchovies halved
  • cup Keto Caesar Dressing
  • Salt to taste
  • Freshly Ground Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place the eggs into a small saucepan with hot tap water and place over high heat. Once bubbles appear, set a timer for 12 minutes.
    4 large Eggs
  • Once the eggs are cooked, place under cold water to cool for 10 minutes. Peel and set aside.
  • Place the bacon into a frying pan over high heat and cook until crispy. Drain the excess fat and set aside.
    5 ounces Bacon
  • Tear the lettuce into small to medium pieces and place in your serving bowl.
    1 large Romaine Lettuce
  • Sprinkle the parmesan, croutons, bacon, and anchovies over the lettuce.
    2 ounces Parmesan Cheese, 2 servings Keto Croutons, 4 Anchovies
  • Cut the boiled eggs in half and add to the salad.
  • Drizzle over the dressing and season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to mix the flavors.
    ⅓ cup Keto Caesar Dressing, Salt, Freshly Ground Pepper
