Keto Cheesy Chicken Meatloaf Ingredients
- 1 pound of Ground Chicken
- 2 cloves of Garlic, crushed
- 1 large Egg
- 2 tablespoons of Keto Marinara Sauce
- 1 small Onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons of Rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 cup of Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon of Sweet Paprika, ground
- ½ teaspoon of Salt
- ½ teaspoon of Pepper
How to Make Chicken & Cheese Meatloaf
- Preheat oven to 190C/375F. Line an 8 inch loaf tin with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a large bowl, add all ingredients, reserving ½ cup of cheddar and one tablespoon of rosemary. Mix well.
- Press the mixture into your prepared loaf tin.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then remove from the oven and top with the reserved cheddar and rosemary.
- Bake for another 25-30 minutes until browned and cooked through.
- Cut into thick slices and serve with a side of Broccoli Mash.

This has been my GO TO recipe while on Keto. It’s simple and absolutely delicious. The only thing I changed was omitting the rosemary (I’m not a fan). Otherwise, its the perfect comfort food, especially with the colder months coming. I pair it with cauliflower mash and a side salad. Yum, yum, YUM!

We had never made a chicken meatloaf before. We doubled the recipe and used pepper jack cheese and a few spoonfuls of diced tomatoes with green chilies in the recipe. It was so delicious I could eat the whole thing.
