I had 3 lbs of leftover ground chicken and needed a quick recipe. This was perfect. Easy to prepare, especially because I had precooked ground chicken, and really delicious! Thank you!

LOVE THIS CASSEROLE! And so do my kiddos! I only did a couple things different. I doubled the recipe for my big family. I also cooked the onions, ground chicken, and added spices in the bacon grease instead of olive oil. I tossed in a 5 oz container of feta cheese into the chicken mixture. I also added additional garlic and oregano to the sour cream mixture.
This recipe will be a frequent in my home! Thank you for sharing!

Delicious and easy! We had a houseguest on a low carb diet and I made this for her. My husband has asked for it several times so I guess I’ll be making it again!

  5. Was pretty good. So I added riced cauliflower, and it was pretty delish. Almost tasted like a breakfast casserole. Will def make this again, but this time I think I will use breakfast sausage, as the cauliflower had more of a potato consistency. I felt like I was cheating. Seriously! Good stuff! Can always change up the spices as well to make it what ever flavor you want. Great base!!

  6. This is truly one of the best recipes I have ever found. I’ve made it dozens of times exactly to the recipe and it is perfect. I’ve also tried many great variations. Our favorite is to add roasted cauliflower to the mixture. Thank you!

  7. I didn’t have any fresh oregano so I added some chopped raw spinach for greens. Also I used grated mozarella instead of cheddar. It was delish!

  8. Very, very good. Easy to make, I served it with asparagus and coleslaw. I didn’t have sour cream so I replaced it with cream cheese. Will keep in my favorite.
