How To Make Keto Chocolate Almond Slice
- Prepare an 8-inch square pan by lining it with parchment paper.
- Add the fat butter, maple, and coconut in a mixing bowl. Mix well.
- Press into the base of your prepared tin and smooth into an even layer.
- Place in the fridge while preparing the topping.
- Place the chocolate and butter into a small heatproof bowl and place over a saucepan of simmering water. Once the chocolate is about 60% melted, please remove it from the heat and stir until it is completely melted.
- Pour the chocolate evenly over the base, then place in the fridge to set for 2 hours.
