Keto Chocolate Pie Ingredients
- Base Ingredients:
- 6 ounces of Almond Flour
- ¼ cup of Golden Flaxseed Meal
- 1 tablespoon of Swerve Brown
- 3 ounces of Butter, melted
- 1 large Egg
- Filling Ingredients:
- ½ cup of Almond Flour
- ⅔ cup of Swerve Brown
- 6 ounces of Butter, melted
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup of Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
- 1 cup of Walnuts, chopped
How to Make Keto Chocolate Pie
- Preheat your oven to 160C/320F.
- Place all the base ingredients into a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Press into the base and up the sides of a 9in deep pie dish.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes. Set aside.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the almond flour and swerve brown. Mix well.
- Add the butter and eggs and mix well.
- Stir through the chocolate chips and walnuts.
- Pour the filling into the pie crust and bake for 55-65 minutes, there should still be a slight jiggle in the center.
- Remove from the oven and cool for 20 minutes.
- Serve warm or chill and serve cold.
