This Keto Chocolate Milk recipe is quick, easy and the perfect drink to enjoy with some Keto Cookies with only 2g Net Carbs and no sugar added.
Xanthan gum is used to slightly thicken the drink and give the same texture of premade high-carb chocolate shakes that are sold at the store. Xanthan gum is an optional ingredient and can be left out if you prefer.
This Low Carb Chocolate Milk recipe makes 2 serves. 1 serving is 1 glass and has 2g net carbs.
Keto Chocolate Milk Ingredients
- 2 cups of Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 3 tablespoons of Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- ¼ cup of Erythritol, granulated
- 1 scoop of MCT Powder, unflavored (optional if you want the energy boosting powers of MCTs)
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence
- ½ teaspoons of Xanthan Gum (optional if you want a thicker shake type milk)
How to Make Keto Chocolate Milk
- Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend on high speed for 1-2 minutes until all the ingredients are well mixed.
- Pour into 2 glasses and serve.
