How to make Keto Chocolate Truffles
  1. Place the cream, butter, powdered sweetener, and vanilla into a small saucepan over medium heat and heat until it starts to simmer.
  2. Add the chocolate to a heatproof bowl.
  3. Pour the hot cream over the chocolate and stir until the chocolate has melted.
  4. Chill for 1 hour or until the chocolate is firm enough to roll.
  5. Roll tablespoon-sized balls of the mixture and dust with cocoa powder.
  6. Enjoy immediately or store in the fridge until needed.

  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence
  • 9 ounces Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
  • 1-2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
