Keto croutons work perfectly for our keto Caesar salad recipe. We love them in our keto soup recipes or as a crunchy addition to our Keto Smoked Salmon Salad!
This Keto Croutons recipe makes 12 servings. One serving is approximately ten croutons – depending on how large you cut them.
Keto Croutons Ingredients
- ½ a loaf of Keto Bread
- ¼ cup of Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon of Oregano, dried
- ½ teaspoon of Salt
- ½ teaspoon of Garlic Powder
- ¼ teaspoon of White Pepper, ground
How to Make Keto Croutons
- Preheat the oven to 150C/300F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the bread into 1cm chunks and place it into a large bowl.
- Mix the remaining ingredients well, then place them onto your prepared cookie sheet.
- Roast for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until the croutons are crunchy and cooked.
- Leave to cool before storing in an airtight container.

Store croutons in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 3 days. Croutons are not suitable for freezing as they will lose their crunch.
Traditionally, croutons are not keto-friendly, but you can make low-carb croutons with keto bread.
