Keto croutons work perfectly for our keto Caesar salad recipe. We love them in our keto soup recipes or as a crunchy addition to our Keto Smoked Salmon Salad!

This Keto Croutons recipe makes 12 servings. One serving is approximately ten croutons – depending on how large you cut them.

  • ½ a loaf of Keto Bread
  • ¼ cup of Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon of Oregano, dried
  • ½ teaspoon of Salt
  • ½ teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of White Pepper, ground

How to make Keto Croutons
  1. Preheat the oven to 150C/300F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the bread into 1cm chunks and place it into a large bowl.
  3. Mix the remaining ingredients well, then place them onto your prepared cookie sheet.
  4. Roast for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until the croutons are crunchy and cooked.
  5. Leave to cool before storing in an airtight container.

    Made a loaf of almond bread in my bread machine then used this recipe to turn into croutons. Well received even by my 13yo not-low-carb kiddo.
