This keto donuts recipe makes eight donuts. One serving is one donut and has 2g net carbs.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup of Almond Flour
- ⅓ cup of Powdered Erythritol
- 2 teaspoons of Psyllium Husk Powder
- 1 teaspoon of Baking Powder
- ½ teaspoon of Cinnamon, ground
- ¼ teaspoon of Nutmeg, ground
- 1 large Egg
- 3 tablespoons of Unsalted Butter, melted
- ¼ cup of Heavy Cream
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence
How To Make Keto Donuts
- Preheat your oven to 160C/320F.
- Place all dry ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir to combine.
- Add the wet ingredients and mix well.
- Grease your donut tin with butter and spoon or pipe the batter evenly between 8 holes.
- Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. The donuts are cooked when they spring back when touched.
- Turn out and leave to cool on a wire rack for 20 minutes.
