In this frozen yogurt recipe we use blueberries, almonds and sugar free choc chips for flavor but feel free to experiment with your favorite ingredients.

Keto Frozen Yogurt Bars Ingredients
- 14 ounces (1 ½ cups) of Full Fat Greek Yogurt
- 1/3 cup of Heavy Cream
- ¼ cup of Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
- 2 scoops of MCT Powder
- ¼ cup of Slivered Almonds, toasted
- ¼ cup of Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
- ⅓ cup of Blueberries
How to Make Keto Frozen Yogurt Bars
- Prepare an 8in square pan by lining with parchment paper, set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, add the yogurt, heavy cream, MCT powder, and maple syrup. Mix well.
- Add the almonds and chocolate chips and mix in.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and smooth out.
- Place the blueberries on top and gently press into the yogurt mixture.
- Place in the freezer for 2-3 hours, or until frozen solid.
- Cut into 12 bars and enjoy immediately or store in the freezer until needed.
