Ingredients
- 6 Chicken Thighs, bone-in & skin-on
- ½ teaspoon of Salt
- ¼ teaspoon of White Pepper, ground
- 4 ounces of Salted Butter
- 6 cloves of Garlic, crushed
- 1 tablespoon of Rosemary, chopped
How to Make Keto Garlic Chicken Thighs
- Preheat the oven to 190C/375F.
- Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Place a large nonstick frying pan over high heat. Add two teaspoons of butter to the pan and brown the chicken thighs. Place the chicken into a casserole dish and set aside.
- Reduce the heat to low and add the remaining butter, garlic, and rosemary. Cook for 3-5 minutes, until fragrant.
- Pour the butter over the chicken.
- Bake for 30-40 minutes, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve the chicken with some butter and a side of Cauliflower Mash.
