This Garlic Suace is tangy, garlicky, and makes a great dipping sauce.
Keto Garlic Sauce Ingredients
- 5 ounces of Greek Yogurt, full fat
- 2 ounces of Sour Cream
- 3 cloves of Garlic, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon of Lemon Juice
- 2 teaspoons of Mint, finely chopped
- ½ teaspoon of Salt
- Pinch of White Pepper, ground
How to Make Keto Garlic Sauce
- Place all the ingredients in a small bowl.
- Mix well.
- Place in the fridge to infuse for 15-20 minutes.
- Enjoy.

How is this 1g carbs? What greek yogurt is recommended? I don’t see any greek yogurts that aren’t full of sugar.

You’ll have to check the labels in your local stores – the one I used for this recipe is made with full-fat milk and has 3.9g net carbs per 100g. We’re in Australia, so not sure if my brand recommendations will be of much help.
