Keto Grilled Cheese Sandwich Ingredients
- 4 slices of Keto Bread
- 2 tablespoons of Butter
- 2 slices of Cheddar Cheese
- ½ cup of Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Pepper
How to Make Keto Grilled Cheese Sandwich
- Butter both sides of the bread slices.
- Place a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add two of the slices.
- Top each with a slice of cheese and half the mozzarella and sprinkle over the salt and pepper, then the other slices of bread.
- Cook the sandwiches for 3-5 minutes on each side until they are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Serve immediately.
