How to make Keto Ice Cream Bread
  1. Preheat your oven to 160C/320F.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add the almond flour, protein powder, and baking powder. Mix well.
  3. Pour in the melted ice cream and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 8x4in loaf pan and smooth out the top.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
  6. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before turning out onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
  7. Cut into 12 slices and serve!
