- 2 cups of Almond Flour
- ⅓ cups of Low Carb Vanilla Protein Powder
- 2 teaspoons of Baking Powder
- 1 pint of Keto Ice Cream, melted – homemade or store-bought both work
How to Make Keto Ice Cream Bread
- Preheat your oven to 160C/320F.
- In a mixing bowl, add the almond flour, protein powder, and baking powder. Mix well.
- Pour in the melted ice cream and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8x4in loaf pan and smooth out the top.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes until an inserted skewer comes out clean.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before turning out onto a cooling rack to cool completely.
- Cut into 12 slices and serve!
