  • 1 cup of Almond Flour
  • 1 cup of Unsweetened Desiccated Coconut, finely shredded
  • ⅓ cup of Powdered Erythritol
  • 1 Lemon, zest only
  • 2 tablespoons of Lemon Juice
  • 3.5 ounces of Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence
  • ⅓ cup of Unsweetened Desiccated Coconut, for coating

How to make Keto Lemon Bliss Balls
  1. In a mixing bowl, add the almond flour, coconut, and sweetener. Mix together.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients, except the extra coconut, and mix into a thick dough.
  3. Take tablespoon-sized pieces of dough and roll into balls.
  4. Roll each of the balls through the extra coconut and place onto a cookie sheet.
  5. Place in the fridge for 15 minutes before enjoying!
