Earl Grey is a black tea that has been flavored with Bergamot Orange Oil. Different brands have varying strengths, this brand is my favorite.
Powdered MCT is essential for our Low Carb London Fog, MCT Oil is not suitable as it will leave an oily layer floating on the top.

Keto London Fog Ingredients
- 1 Earl Grey Tea Bag
- 3/4 cup of Water, boiled
- ½ cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
- 1 scoop of MCT Powder
- 1 tablespoon of Sugar-Free Vanilla Syrup
How to Make Keto London Fog
- Brew the tea in the boiled water for 3-4 minutes.
- Add the milk to a milk frother and set to heat and froth.
- Remove the tea bag and add the MCT powder and vanilla syrup to the brewed tea, whisk together.
- Pour over the frothed milk.
- Enjoy immediately.
