  • 1 half of a Medium Cauliflower
  • 1 ounce of Salted Butter
  • 4 ounces of Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 3 ounces of Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • 1 tablespoon of Heavy Cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon of Salt

How to make Keto Mac N Cheese.

To make Keto Mac and Cheese, just follow these simple instructions.

  1. Place a saucepan of water over high heat and bring to a boil.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into small florets and add to the boiling water. Boil for 5 minutes.
  3. Drain the cauliflower well.
  4. Return the saucepan to the heat and add the butter, then the drained cauliflower.
  5. Add half the cheddar, all the mozzarella, heavy cream, and salt.
  6. Stir until the cheeses have melted.
  7. Divide the mixture between 2 ramekins and top with the remaining cheddar.
  8. Grill/broil until the cheese is golden brown.
  9. Serve and enjoy!
