  • 1 tablespoon of Erythritol
  • 1 scoop of Matcha MCT Powder
  • ¼ teaspoon of Baking Powder
  • 2 tablespoons of Butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons of Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • 1 large Egg

How to Make a Keto Matcha Mug Cake

How to make Keto Matcha Mug Cake
  1. Add the dry ingredients into a bowl (or directly into your mug or ramekin) and mix well. Ensuring there are no lumps.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
  3. Pour into a small cylindrical bowl, large mug or ramekin.
  4. Microwave for 2-2 ½ minutes until the cake is cooked through.
  5. Serve warm topped with Keto Whipped Cream, if desired.
