  • 1 lb of Ground Beef
  • ⅓ cup of Parmesan Cheese, powdered
  • 2 cloves of Garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoon of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon of Oregano, dried
  • ¼ teaspoon of Red Pepper Flakes
  • ½ teaspoon of Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of Pepper, ground
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 cup of Keto Marinara Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • 4 Keto Sub Rolls
  • 1 cup of Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
  • Parsley, to serve (optional)

How to make Keto Meatball Subs
  1. In a large bowl, add the ground beef, parmesan, garlic, Worcestershire, oregano, pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Roll the mix into 16 meatballs.
  3. Place a nonstick frying pan over medium-high heat and add the oil and the meatballs. Cook the meatballs until they are browned and cooked through.
  4. Add the marinara sauce and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5 minutes then remove from the heat.
  5. Preheat your broiler.
  6. Slice your sub rolls 80% of the way through and place on a baking pan lined with parchment.
  7. Place 4 meatballs onto each sub with sauce, reserving about ¼ cup of sauce.
  8. Top the sub with mozzarella cheese.
  9. Broil until the cheese has melted.
  10. Top the subs with the reserved sauce and enjoy!
