Oven Roasted Burnt Ends Ingredients
- 2 pounds of Brisket
- ¼ cup of Keto BBQ Rub
- ½ cup of Keto Barbecue Sauce
How to Make Burnt Ends Without A Smoker
- Preheat the oven to 135C/275F.
- Rub the brisket with the Keto BBQ Rub and place it into a roasting tray.
- Roast for 3 hours, remove from the oven and rest for 30 minutes.
- Increase the oven to 210C/410F.
- Dice the brisket into large chunks and return to the roasting tray, along with the barbecue sauce. Mix well.
- Roast for 30-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until the beef is crispy and tender.
- Serve pickles and extra Keto Barbecue Sauce with a side of Keto Coleslaw.
