Keto Pecan Bars Ingredients
  • Keto Pecan Slice Base Ingredients:
  • 2 cups of Almond Flour
  • 3 tablespoons of Coconut Flour
  • ¼ cup of Erythritol
  • ¼ cup of Pecans finely chopped
  • ½ teaspoon of Xanthan Gum
  • 1 teaspoon of Baking Powder
  • 4 ounces of Salted Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence
  • 2 large Eggs
  • Keto Pecan Slice Topping Ingredients:
  • 2 large Eggs
  • ⅓ cup of Erythritol
  • ⅓ cup of Sugar-Free Maple Syrup
  • 3 tablespoons of Salted Butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence
  • 1 ½ cups of Pecans, roughly chopped

How to Make Keto Pecan Bars

How to make Keto Pecan Bars
  1. Preheat your oven to 175C/350F. Line a 9in square pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Place the almond flour, coconut flour, erythritol, pecans, xanthan gum, and baking powder into a mixing bowl. Mix well.
  3. Add the butter, vanilla, and eggs and mix well.
  4. Spoon into the base of your prepared pan and spread out evenly.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes, until the edges are golden brown. Set aside to cool.
  6. In a mixing bowl, add the eggs, erythritol, maple syrup, butter, and vanilla. Whisk together, until well mixed.
  7. Spread the pecans over the cooked based and pour over the egg mixture.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until the topping is set.
  9. Leave to cool in the pan for 30 minutes.
  10. Slice and enjoy!
