  • 2 pounds of Pork Butt, diced
  • 1 small Onion, diced
  • 3 cloves of Garlic, crushed
  • 2 tablespoons of Green Peppercorns
  • 2 teaspoons of Ground Ginger
  • 2 teaspoons of Cracked Black Pepper
  • 2 teaspoons of Cumin, ground
  • 1 teaspoon of Fenugreek, ground
  • ½ teaspoon of Cardamon, ground
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 8 ounces of Tomato Passata
  • ½ cup of Sour Cream
  • ⅓ cup of Heavy Cream
  • 4 ounces of Baby Spinach
  • ⅓ cup of Cilantro, torn

How to make Keto Pepper Pork Stew
  1. Combine all the ingredients, except the sour cream, heavy cream, spinach, and cilantro, in your slow cooker. Mix well.
  2. Cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours, until the pork is tender.
  3. Discard the cinnamon stick and add the heavy cream, spinach, and half the cilantro.
  4. Cook on high for 5-10 minutes, until the spinach wilts.
  5. Serve immediately with a side of Cauliflower rice, sprinkled with the remaining cilantro.

  • 2 pounds Pork Butt diced
