This keto salsa recipe makes approximately 2 cups of salsa or 6 serves. 1 serving is ⅓ cup
Keto Pico De Gallo is best served fresh but can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days. It is not suitable for freezing.
Keto Pico De Gallo Ingredients
- 4 large Tomatoes
- ½ Red Onion, finely diced
- 1 clove of Garlic, finely chopped
- 1-2 Red Chili’s, finely diced
- 2 tablespoons of Cilantro, finely chopped
- 1 Lime, juice only
- ¼ cup of Olive Oil
- ½ teaspoon of Sea Salt Flakes
- Pinch of Pepper
How to Make Keto Pico De Gallo
- Cut the tomatoes into quarters and remove the seeded center. Dice the tomato flesh and place into a mixing bowl.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Serve straight away.
