Must-Have Ingredients

Keto Tortillas

Traditional tortillas are a no-go on keto. Instead, we’re using my low-carb tortillas, which you can buy at many grocery stores. These keep the carb count down while providing the perfect base for your quesadilla creations.

Ground Beef

Ground beef adds a hearty and satisfying element to these quesadillas. It’s also a great source of protein and healthy fats, essential for a keto lifestyle.

Spices and Seasonings

Garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper – these everyday spices transform ordinary ground beef into a flavor explosion. Feel free to experiment with other spices like chili powder or Italian herbs to create your own signature taste.

Toppings

  • Cheese: Gooey mozzarella cheese is a must for that classic quesadilla melt.
  • Bacon: Add in some crispy bacon for a salty crunch.
  • Pickles: Tangy pickles provide a burst of flavor.

Ingredients List

  • 10 ounces of Ground Beef
  • ½ teaspoon of Garlic Powder
  • ½ teaspoon of Paprika, ground
  • ½ teaspoon of Salt
  • ¼ teaspoons of Black Pepper, ground
  • 4 Keto Tortilla Wraps
  • 8 teaspoons of Sugar-Free Ketchup
  • 4 tablespoons of Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 4 tablespoons Pickle, diced
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded

  2. Heat a nonstick frying pan over medium heat.
  3. Place a tortilla (meat-side down) in the pan and cook for about 2 minutes.
  4. Flip it over and load it up with your favorite toppings.
  5. Fold the tortilla in half and cook for another 2 minutes per side, or until the cheese is melted and the tortilla is golden brown.
  6. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and get ready to enjoy!

Storing And Reheating Keto Quesadillas

Storage

  • Fridge: Leftover quesadillas will stay fresh in the fridge for up to 3 days.
  • Freezer: For longer storage, freeze your quesadillas for up to 3 months.

Reheating

  • Sandwich press: This gives your quesadillas a nice crispy finish.
  • Microwave: Quick and convenient for a warm and melty quesadilla.
  • Frying pan: Reheat over low heat to avoid burning.
