Keto Quesadillas Ingredients
Must-Have Ingredients
Keto Tortillas
Traditional tortillas are a no-go on keto. Instead, we’re using my low-carb tortillas, which you can buy at many grocery stores. These keep the carb count down while providing the perfect base for your quesadilla creations.
Ground Beef
Ground beef adds a hearty and satisfying element to these quesadillas. It’s also a great source of protein and healthy fats, essential for a keto lifestyle.
Spices and Seasonings
Garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper – these everyday spices transform ordinary ground beef into a flavor explosion. Feel free to experiment with other spices like chili powder or Italian herbs to create your own signature taste.
Toppings
- Cheese: Gooey mozzarella cheese is a must for that classic quesadilla melt.
