  • ½ cup of Almond Flour
  • ⅓ cup of Parmesan Cheese, finely grated
  • 2 tablespoons of Ranch Spice Mix
  • ¼ cup of Low Carb Mayonnaise
  • 4 Chicken Thighs, approximately 150g/5.3oz each

How to Make Keto Breaded Chicken Thighs

How to make Keto Crispy Baked Ranch Chicken
  1. Preheat your oven to 190C/375F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a flat-bottomed baking pan, add the almond flour, parmesan, and ranch mix. Mix and set aside.
  3. Use a meat mallet to pound the chicken thighs until they are of even thickness.
  4. Brush each chicken thigh with mayonnaise and bread with the almond flour mixture.
  5. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and an internal temperature of 73C/165F.
  6. Serve your chicken with your favorite sides. We recommend Mashed Cauliflower or Garlic Green Beans.
