This crunchy Roasted Cauliflower recipe is a delicious and healthy side dish or snack that is easy to make.
This roast cauliflower is loaded with cheesy, garlicky flavors and is perfect for low-carb and keto diets.
The finely shredded parmesan cheese is essential for fast melting and crisping up. We use a Microplane grater.
Roasted Cauliflower Ingredients
- 2 pounds of Cauliflower, 1 large head
- ¼ cup of Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon of Salt
- ½ teaspoon of Pepper, cracked
- ½ teaspoon of Garlic Powder
- 2 ounces of Parmesan Cheese, finely shredded
How to Make Roasted Cauliflower
- Preheat your oven to 220C/425F.
- Cut the cauliflower into evenly sized florets and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and mix well.
- Place on a cookie sheet and roast for 20 minutes, then turn the cauliflower over and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
- Bake for another 10 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender and golden brown.
- Enjoy.
