- ½ a loaf of Keto Bread, cubed
- 4 ounces of Butter
- ½ small Onion, diced
- 2 Celery Sticks, diced
- 8 ounces of Beef Sausage, ground
- 1 teaspoon of Salt
- ½ teaspoon of Pepper, ground
- 2 tablespoons of Rosemary, finely chopped
- ½ cup of Chicken Stock
How to Make Keto Sausage & Herb Stuffing
- Preheat and Toast: Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, spread out the cubed keto bread, and toast for 15-20 minutes.
- Sauté the Veggies: While the bread toasts, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the diced onion and celery and sauté for 10 minutes until softened. Transfer the cooked veggies to a large bowl.
- Brown the Sausage: In the same skillet, brown the ground sausage, breaking it up with a spoon. Add the cooked sausage to the bowl with the vegetables.
