Keto Seeded Cracker Biscuits Ingredients
- ½ cup of Sunflower Seeds
- ½ cup of Pepitas
- ¼ cup of Flaxseeds
- ¼ cup of Chia Seeds
- 1 tablespoon of Tamari Sauce
- 1 cup of Water
How to Make Keto Seeded Cracker Biscuits
- Place all the seeds into a mixing bowl and mix well.
- Add the tamari sauce and water and mix well. Leave to sit for 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 180C/355F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.
- Spoon the mixture onto the cookie sheet and spread evenly to the edges.
- Bake for 30 minutes. If you want square crackers, remove from the oven and cut into squares.
- Bake for another 15-20 minutes until firm and crisp when pressed in the center.
- Leave to cool completely before breaking up into crackers.

I love this recipe! They are really good. I add about one teaspoon of Cajun seasoning while they are soaking. I add one more tsp over the crackers once they have cooked half way through.
