Our Keto Slow Cooker Tri-Tip is melt-in-your-mouth tender and juicy. It’s a great (failsafe) way to enjoy this tasty cut of meat.
We served thick slices of Tri-Tip on our Keto Sub Rolls with homemade coleslaw and Low Carb Mayonnaise. They were delicious – though most of the time we just eat it with a bit of mayo to bring up the fat content!

This was fab! Never would I have believed you could cook a tri tip this way but I’m so glad I gave it a try. I used the seasonings I had on hand and hubby inhaled it ha! Will be in the rotation for sure, ty!
Hi Valerie, as a big meat eater myself I can certainly relate to hubby lol Glad you enjoyed it.
Would you reccomend seasoning the night before to let it tenderize and hold moisture better?
Hello Christine, you can certainly do that. I have seasoned a few hours before cooking and I didn’t notice any difference from seasoning and cooking straight away.. Seasoning over night will not hurt though. Give it a try and let me know. Thanks, Matt.
Best and easiest slow cooker recipe by far!! I replaced the tri top roast with beef brisket, high pressure for 5 hrs and the flavours were incredible and meat was super soft!!! Definitely making this again
I’ve made this several times and my family absolutely enjoys it!
That’s great to hear, Tabitha! Thanks for stopping by 🙂
This is very good. I’m not real big on roasts but I’m looking forward to making this again for my Christmas meal. The only thing I will do differently is decrease the salt by 25-50%. Great flavor!
I’m so glad you enjoyed it, Star! I hope it went down well for your Christmas meal too!
This is the best meat I’ve cooked in a crockpot. Making again tonight!
I’m so glad you love it, Robyn!!
How are there not reviews on this? I made this today- it was so easy and SO delicious. Like wow! I have never wrapped something in foil and placed in a crockpot- but I am sold! This was so flavorful and tender. SO easy! I will make again!
(I did roasted carrots on the side. It was perfect)
Thank you for your kind words, Molly!
