- 3 Strawberries, sliced
- ⅓ cup of Keto Granola Cereal
How to Make Keto Frozen Yogurt Bark
- In a mixing bowl, add the yogurt, cream, erythritol, and vanilla. Mix well.
- Fold through the diced strawberries.
- Pour the mixture onto a large flat baking pan, lined with parchment paper, and smooth into an even layer.
- Top with the strawberry slices and Keto Granola.
- Freeze for 3 hours, or until firm.
- Break into shards and enjoy!
