This Low Carb Tartare Sauce recipe makes about 1 1/3 cups of sauce which is 20 servings. 1 serving is 1 tablespoon.
Store tartare sauce in the fridge for up to one week. Tartare sauce is not suitable for freezing.
Keto Tartare Sauce Ingredients
- 1 cup of Low Carb Mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons of Lemon Juice
- 1 Lemon, zest only
- 1 medium Dill Pickle, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon of Parsley, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons of Dill, finely chopped
- 6 Capers, finely chopped
- Pinch of Pepper
- Salt, to taste
How to Make Keto Tartare Sauce
- Place all ingredients into a small bowl and mix well.
- Set aside for 30 minutes for the flavors to infuse.
- Serve.
