  • 1 Lemon, zest only
  • 1 medium Dill Pickle, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of Parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons of Dill, finely chopped
  • 6 Capers, finely chopped
  • Pinch of Pepper
  • Salt, to taste

    A winner! Even without the capers and the added salt. Great on clams. Next time I travel to New England I’m making this recipe… have to figure out how to make it in a motel room!
