  • ½ cup of Greek Yoghurt, full fat
  • 3 tablespoons of Heavy Cream
  • 4 teaspoons of Powdered Erythritol
  • 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence

How to Make Keto Vanilla Frozen Yogurt

How to make Keto Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
  1. Place all ingredients into a small mixing bowl and mix well.
  2. Pour into a ziplock bag, and smooth out until the mixture is spread evenly.
  3. Freeze for 20-30 minutes until the mixture is partially frozen.
  4. Cut the corner off the ziplock bag and squeeze the mixture into two dishes.
  5. Enjoy as-is, or top with your favorite toppings.
