Keto Frozen Yogurt Ingredients
- ½ cup of Greek Yoghurt, full fat
- 3 tablespoons of Heavy Cream
- 4 teaspoons of Powdered Erythritol
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Essence
How to Make Keto Vanilla Frozen Yogurt
- Place all ingredients into a small mixing bowl and mix well.
- Pour into a ziplock bag, and smooth out until the mixture is spread evenly.
- Freeze for 20-30 minutes until the mixture is partially frozen.
- Cut the corner off the ziplock bag and squeeze the mixture into two dishes.
- Enjoy as-is, or top with your favorite toppings.
