How to make Keto White Chocolate Matcha Bark
  1. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Place the chocolate into a heatproof bowl, and place over a small saucepan of simmering water. Ensuring that the bowl does not touch the water.
  3. Heat the chocolate until it is about 60% melted, then remove from the heat and continue to stir until it has melted completely.
  4. Pour 3-4 tablespoons of the melted chocolate into a separate bowl and set aside.
  5. Add the matcha powder to the larger portion of chocolate and mix well.
  6. Pour the matcha chocolate onto your lined tray and smooth out with a spatula.
  7. Drizzle over the reserve white chocolate and use a wood skewer or chopstick to swirl the chocolate.
  8. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes, or until hardened.
  9. Break into pieces and enjoy!
