Ingredients to Make Low Carb Buttery Bacon and Cabbage Stir Fry

  • 50 grams of Butter
  • 150g of Napa (Chinese) Cabbage, shredded
  • 2 slices of Bacon
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper

  1. Dice bacon and add to frying pan on medium heat, along with half of the butter. Saute bacon until crisp.
  2. Add shredded cabbage to bacon and stir well to ensure the cabbage is coated in the pan juices.
  3. Add the other half of butter to pan along with a pinch of pepper and cook until cabbage is becoming translucent.
  4. Taste to adjust seasonings and serve. You may not wish to add any salt, depending on the saltiness of the bacon used.
