Ingredients for Keto Stir-Fried Noodles
- Shirataki Noodles: These are the star of the dish, providing a noodle-like texture without the carbs.
- Protein: We use a combination of chicken thigh and shrimp for a boost of protein, but you can easily substitute with your preferred protein source like tofu or beef.
- Vegetables: Bok choy adds a fresh crunch, while onions and celery provide aromatic flavors. Bean sprouts contribute a satisfying texture and a dose of vitamins.
- Flavor Enhancers: Garlic, curry powder, and sugar-free sweet soy sauce create a delicious, savory sauce that perfectly complements the other ingredients.
- Sesame Oil and Bacon: These add a rich depth of flavor and a hint of smokiness to the stir-fry.
How to Make Keto Stir Fry Noodles
- Prepare the Shirataki Noodles: Rinse the shirataki noodles under hot water for a few minutes to remove any odor. Drain them well.
- Cook the Bacon and Chicken: Sauté the bacon and chicken thigh in sesame oil until browned.
- Add Aromatics: Add garlic, onion, and celery to the pan and sauté until softened.
- Stir-Fry the Shrimp: Add the shrimp and curry powder to the pan and stir-fry until cooked through.
- Combine with Noodles and Sauce: Add the drained shirataki noodles to the pan and toss with the sugar-free sweet soy sauce.
- Finish with Vegetables: Add the bok choy and bean sprouts and cook until slightly wilted.
- Serve and Enjoy: Your delicious keto Singapore stir-fry noodles are ready to be served!

Thank you for this amazing recipe!
Hi PH,
I honestly have no idea! They are sold at all our supermarkets and also specialty Asian stores in Australia. You might like to try searching online or join some local keto groups on Facebook for your area and ask there.
Amazing taste. Feels like I’m not doing Keto.
This recipe is utterly fantastic, I’m making it for the second time this week, for dinner tonight for my bf and myself. I don’t add the celery as I’m not a fan, but I do add some sliced mushrooms instead along with some chili peppers to heat things up a bit. I really love this recipe, thank you so much for posting it. Flavourful recipes like this one make Keto so easy to stick to, I don’t have to miss Noodles anymore!!!!!
I’m so glad you enjoyed it Sammie! Thank you for your kind words ๐
This is delicious! This was my first time trying konjac noodles and I’m hooked. I doubled the recipe for my weekly meal prep. I couldn’t find sugar free sweet soy sauce so I did add a little stevia to my regular soy sauce.
I’m so glad you enjoyed it Brit! We have a recipe to make Sugar Free Sweet Soy Sauce for next time ๐
Hey quick question! The nutritional value at the bottom would be for half the batch as the batch makes 2 serving right?
It sure does, Michelle!
